These three Pinots are so different, which makes for an interesting tasting of compare-and-contrast. Bernau Block Pinot Noir exemplifies the "Oregon" style, which has lots of ripe cherry flavors, and a medium body, The Estate Pinot Noir is focused and pure, and the Whole Cluster--meaning the juice is fermented with the whole grape cluster, not the just grapes--is rich, round and super fruity.
