Tillamook Farmers' Collection Hickory Smoked Extra Sharp White Cheddar is aged for 15 months and cold-smoked for nine hours in pure hickory wood smoke. A savory, smokey cheddar cheese with bold flavor. In 2024, it was awarded the title Best USA Cheese Any Variety at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards. It was also awarded Gold for Naturally Smoked Cheese at the 2022 ICDA and winner at the 2020 World Championship Cheese Contest.
