I ordered almost $100 worth of products. I was excited when it showed that these items were delivered; however, the picture of the delivery was not my house. I then reached out to Made In Oregon and, as it turns out, I found they had sent to the wrong address. I told them that I had reached out to UPS who told me that Made In Oregon could submit a claim for the incorrect delivery. I have called, emailed, submitted a request - and have not heard one peep out of Made In Oregon. Nothing. No "sorry you didn't get it". No "thanks for the claim info". No hey, here's a 5% off coupon if you want to re-order. Nada. Basically I just gave Made In Oregon a $100 donation. Unfortunately, it will likely be my last.

We'd love to have the opportunity to make things right and we already filed a claim for this order with UPS. As we were not able to find any emails sent to us, we contacted you via email you provided placing your order so we can understand your concerns better and offer a resolution.
