Very disappointed. I ordered an expensive wine gift basket for a Christmas gift and only the wine showed up. Fortunately, I spoke with the recipient and I then found out. I tried to contact Made in Oregon several times to get a response. I was told to have the recipient take a picture and send to them for proof. They did not seem to believe me. At that point they resent the balance of the gift basket, I was notified that they were out of the olive oil and the balsamic. They issued a small credit. They did not suggest a replacement. Unfortunately, they were important items in the gift basket and the presentation was already compromised. I, nor the gift recipient should not have to have spent the time trying to sort this out and we did not receive an apology or anything extra to compensate for their mistake.
