Cold-smoked salmon is cut in uniform length pieces, sliced thin and hot smoked on racks until it is dehydrated and shelf-stable. Our salmon jerky is high in good omega 3 fatty acids which makes this product a natural superfood.  Hot Smoked Sweet & Hot Salmon Jerky is the spicy outcast.
