2023 Cherry Hill Winery Dijon Cuvée

This 2023 Dijon Cuvée represents the terroir of Cherry Hill Vineyard. It is an elegant wine with cherry and plum flavors and hints of licorice. Slight notes of vanilla and caramel add complexity to this bold Oregon Pinot Noir made from Dijon clones. Over time the tannins will mellow, so this wine can be enjoyed now or will age beautifully. Cherry Hill recommends consuming before 2029.
