Fireweed: Our rare Oregon fireweed honey comes from the upper elevations of mount hood and its bright pink flowers emerge through the charred earth after wildfires. Fondly referred to as the “champagne” of honeys it’s a light amber color with a mild delicate taste with buttery notes of vanilla and citrus.

Meadowfoam: This is where the magic happens. Many first-time tasters are shocked to learn that we don’t add any flavorings—the taste is entirely natural. You’ll experience a bold, creamy flavor profile of toasted marshmallows and caramelized sugar, finished with notes of vanilla bean and a hint of crème brûlée
