An item I wanted to purchase was marked as “Sold Out” on the Made in Oregon website. I used the website’s chat feature to reach out to Customer Service to ask if there was any possibility that they might be able to track down the item I was looking for, which was a Heart in Oregon coffee mug. To be honest, I didn’t think I would get a response. The next day I received a reply from someone who said they found a case of the mugs in storage and updated the website to reflect the availability of the mugs. I purchased 2 of the mugs which arrived very quickly and are excellent quality! I will go out of my way to purchase gifts from Made in Oregon in the future!
