Best Seller. The ultra-rich Trappist Abbey Monastery Fruitcake is not your ordinary fruitcake. These cakes are the ultimate delicacy. Heavenly chefs at Our Lady of Guadalupe Abbey are the master makers of this super rich, gourmet dark fruitcake. Made in small batches to ensure quality, Trappist Monks carefully prepare monastery fruitcakes using fresh walnuts, pecans, dried pineapples, cherries, raisins, and honey, then soak each loaf in 120 proof brandy. Traditional, old-world fruitcakes make the essential stocking stuffer or hostess gift. Made in Lafayette, Oregon.

Note from our owner: Best with whipped cream or ice cream. This is a unique dessert that is not at all like traditional fruitcake. The 3 pound size is ideal for sharing at your holiday dinner or party!

Suggested serving: 4 oz. In other words, not too big. It's really, really rich.

Net wt. 3 pounds.

Food for the Journey

My brother is dying of Stage 4 lung cancer. He wanted fruitcake. I sent him your 1 pound loaf and it was gone within a few days. I ordered the 3 pound loaf and it is now gone, as well. The fruitcake has quite literally been food for his final journey.
