Best Seller. Baked by Trappist monks in the quiet hills of Lafayette, Oregon, this monastery fruitcake is anything but ordinary. Rich, dense, and steeped in tradition, it's crafted in small batches using a time-honored recipe from Our Lady of Guadalupe Abbey.

Each loaf is packed with walnuts, pecans, pineapple, cherries, raisins, and honey—then carefully soaked in 120-proof brandy to intensify its depth. The result? A moist, flavorful cake that leans more toward indulgent dessert than the holiday stereotype.

Note from our owner: Serve with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or thin slices paired with coffee or port. At three pounds, it’s perfect for gatherings—or savoring slice by slice through the season.

A tasty memory from long ago...

Just what I was looking for!
Every time I'd get fruitcake it was too dry or the fruit was low quality and sugary. This was tasty and consistant throughout.

Trappist Cake

They received the gift and said they look forward to eating it, but as yet I have not heard back, but eventually I will hear how much they liked it.

Best fruitcake ever!

I was looking for a fruitcake for someone who's father made his own. The Trappist cake was a hit. It was the best I've ever eaten. It's dense enough to stop a bullet!
