Marshall's Haute Smoked Habanero Barbeque Sauce

Winner of the 2013 Scovie 1st Place Barbeque Sauce.  It eliminates several common allergens (gluten, anchovies, Worcestershire, corn starch) and replaces them with a precisely chosen blend of spices and locally-grown vegetables for a slightly spicy, smoky sauce with cinnamon and clove to provide a pleasing warmth.
