Cold-smoked salmon is cut in uniform length pieces, sliced thin and hot smoked on racks until it is dehydrated and shelf-stable. Our salmon jerky is high in good omega 3 fatty acids which makes this product a natural superfood. This jerky is soaked for 24 hours in our Wine Maple marinade. The sweetest of the bunch. Jerky comes in 3 oz packages. Refrigerate after opening.
