The nose of 2017 Griffin Creek Merlot, opens with notes of plum, boysenberry, mulberry, tobacco and wood spice. The palate offers rich flavors of red and black fruits, dark chocolate, sandalwood and florals and leads into a soft finish with supple, integrated tannins and lingering juicy raspberry notes.
2018 Griffin Creek Cabernet Franc. From the Rogue Valley, in Southern Oregon, comes this assertive, confident red full of ripe cherry fruit and herbal qualities typical of Cabernet Franc. Dry and fleshy on the palate, and long on the finish, this wine could be enjoyed now or in several years!
