4.8% ABV-  Cathedral Tree is a beer that pays reverence to a timeless lager style - The Pilsner. Fermented entirely in 500 Liter oak puncheons. This Old World methodology provides the beer with a mellow tannic structure that lends a soft mouthfeel to support the classic German noble hops as well as the modern fruitier hops. Cathedral Tree finishes crisp, clean, and refreshing as any Pilsner should.
Aroma: Floral, white grape, rustic raw grain.
Flavor: White bread, doughy, herbal/floral hops, white nectarine & citrus zest.
