- 2021 Adelsheim Pinot Noir—pure, fresh and clean, with lots of cherry and berry flavors, balanced by a beam of green tea firmness and nice earthy notes.
- 2017 Adelsheim Pinot Noir – Zenith Vineyard—this is a pretty wine! Complex floral and dark cherry notes play nicely, while the minerality and tannins add great structure and longevity to it.
- 2019 Adelsheim Pinot Noir – Boulder Bluff Vineyard—this wine is absolutely our favorite Adelsheim wine, every single vintage! Decadent, plush dark berries and thick tannins glide effortlessly across the palate!
