Their recipe starts with pure sea salt, harvested from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. Then they slowly toast sugar and butter to a perfect golden brown and combine fresh Cold Brew coffee and heavy cream.
The result is a rich, creamy caramel, both soft and chewy, with notes of Stumptown Coffee and a bright Jacobsen sea salt finish.
