- I first tasted this sauce at a hotel I was staying at the first time I visited Portland. I am a huge hot sauce consumer and have tried many types from all over the world, and this by far has been my favorite. It tastes amazing (not just hot) and goes with everything. Of course, I was in heaven when I actually moved to Portland permanently. This is the only hot sauce I purchase now and always bring a few bottles back to Atlanta when I go to visit family. I got them hooked too!
