We recently we journeyed into the sourdough world - holy cow. I found a biscuit recipe that was AMAZING and my son pulled out this honey that we originally bought from the Tillamook Creamery shop and used it. I tried it. We are ALL in agreement that this is the best flavored honey we have had. I love raw honey, but this is fun for a sweeter, more flavorful bite of biscuit.
